ERL07

> Scientific Programme

The workshop shall be divided into the following four working groups:

Specific details and charges of the working groups are still being worked
out by the conveners and will be posted at later date.

Overview of Workshop Programme

ERL prototype tours will be arranged for the four workgroups across the three slots in the timetable. The whole time given to tours is 1 hr from each of the WGs but this includes the 5-10 mins to get to and from the ERLP area on site as well as the logistics of getting people into suitable groups to tour an experimental area etc.

A bus timetable from Park Royal and Holiday Inn hotels is available here

Buses will leave the Cockcroft Institute at 18:30 on Tuesday evening in order to go for an excursion to Chester (more information may be found on the Social Programme pages). Delegates who join the trip will then spend the evening sightseeing in Chester and having a meal there (several places will be recommended in the welcome brochure when you arrive). A bus will take the delegates back to the Holiday Inn and Park Royal hotels at 22:30.

Buses will leave the Cockcroft Institute at 18:00 on Thursday evening in order to go to the banquet in Manchester. The buses will go via both the Park Royal and Holiday Inn hotels so delegates can leave or pick up belongings and will arrive in Manchester Museum of Science and Industry for a 19:30 start. Delegates shall then be driven back to their hotels at 22:00.
