JACOW Team Meeting
The annual JACOW Team Meeting took place at DESY, Hamburg 1-5 November 2009. The meeting was attended by 40 delegates, a mixture of editors, IT experts and JACOW committee members. The programme included reports on JACOW conferences that took place in 2009 and future conferences planned for 2010 & 2011. An introduction to the SPMS database, scripts for publishing the proceedings, the new registration and accommodation module were also included in the programme. This meeting provides an opportunity for editors to report on problems encountered and suggestions for improvement for future conferences. Sue Waller attended the meeting and reported on the FEL09 conference.
