In general, monographs such as the AVS series are not listed. Conference Proceedings are not included. Multiple editions are listed separately only if there are major revisions or changes in title. Contributions from M Hablanian, D Santeler, B Dayton and others are gratefully acknowledged. Textbooks dealing with applications of vacuum technology (Thin Films, Freeze Drying, etc) are not included.
