UHV Gauge Calibration Service

The Vacuum Science Group maintains two Leybold IE514 Extraktor type vacuum gauge sets calibrated annually against primary standards. The group routinely uses these sets to calibrate other vacuum gauges by transfer standard, across the pressure range 2 x 10E-9 to 2 x 10E-5 mbar. In this way we can guarantee the precision of measurements across the laboratory to better than +/- 5%.

This "transfer standard" calibration service can be made available to external organisations upon request. Please contact the Vacuum Science Group for further details.
